The Hauppauge Fire Department's Explorer Post 660 is open to boys and girls, ages 14 through 17, who are interested in the challenge of being part of a group that teaches community service as well as independence, decision making and responsibility. Our Explorers work with our firefighter scout advisors to learn the basics of being a firefighter.

Part of the process for joining the Hauppauge Fire Department's Explorer Post 660 requires the completion of a Boy Scouts of America application.  That application can now be filled out online.
